Pacific Pitbull Kennels Sales Agreement

Please make sure you read and fully understand this sales agreement before you place a deposit on any breeding

1. Your puppy is guaranteed to be in good health upon delivery or pickup. If for some reason this is not the case buyer will be notified. If the buyer chooses to receive the puppy in the condition it is in the seller is no longer liable for the condition of the puppy, any medical cost's or other responsibilities.

2. Buyer is responsible for taking the puppy to a vet with in 2 days of delivery or pickup. Any problems must be brought to seller's attention immediately. Vet bills and shipping costs will not be refunded. If the puppy is found in poor health, we must have a written statement from a licensed vet stating the problem. If the buyer chooses to do so the puppy will be replaced with another puppy of the buyer's choice, appon availability and no refund will be given.

3. If the puppy develops a life threatening genetic illness or condition before the age of 6 months the seller will be notified immediately. The owner of the puppy must provide us with a written statement from a licensed vet containing the diagnosis and prognosis for the puppy. If this illness or condition results in the puppies death or is not treatable, we will replace the puppy with another of the buyer's choice, appon availability.

4. Shots and deworming, including Heart Worm are the responsibility of the buyer after the puppy is in their possession. All puppies will be wormed and have shots appropriate to their age at the time of the delivery or pickup. If a puppy develops an illness related to lack of shots and/or deworming that is the buyers responsibility and the puppy will not be replaced for any reason.

5. If the puppy develops an easily treated condition at anytime in life it is not the seller's responsibility, it is the owners. We do not guarantee that your puppy will never have health problems. We hope that this is not the case and that your puppy will live a long, happy and healthy life!!!

6. Dogs of all breeds are prone to bacterial, viral, staph, and fungal infections as well as various forms of dermatitis, allergies, demodex, and color mutant alopecia. As we are giving you this information we do not guarantee your puppy will not have any skin or coat problems. Most of these problems are very treatable if they are treated the correct way, the best way to do so is taking your puppy/dog to a licensed vet for treatment. Treatment is not that costly and easily attained. Not all dogs will be affected by these problems but you must know that it can happen.

7. When placing a deposit on a puppy please note that we do not guarantee any color, or color pattern will be produced in any litter. We do not specialize in any specific color or color pattern. Deposits are not refundable or transferable for any reason having to do with coloring or color patterns.

8. All deposits and payments toward any puppy are non refundable, but transferable do to the following: If there are not enough of the sex you have requested, not enough puppies in a litter to cover your pick, puppy chosen dies or develops a health problem before you receive it. Buyer may transfer all money to another puppy of their choice appon availability.

9. If the buyer for any reason backs out of a sale no money will be returned, but credited to the buyer to use at a later date.

10. All puppies must be paid in full by the time the puppy is 7wks old, if this is not possible you must notify us to set up other arrangements. If you do not follow through with other arrangements made by the time set up by our agreement all money will be not be refunded or transferred and your pick will be put up for sale.

11. Puppies can be picked up or shipped out at the age of 8wks old if they are paid in full. If shipping is needed buyer will provide the amount needed and we will set up the shipping arrangements needed. Most shipping is covered by a fee of $250.00, but it may vary depending on size and age of the puppy. This amount covers create, health cert. and transportation fees.

12. To make payments we accept Pay Pal, Postal Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and Western Union. Please no personal checks. For our mailing info please contact us.

13. When putting a deposit down on a puppy please note that picks are set up in order we receive deposits, because of this we recommend sending deposits as soon as possible to ensure your pick will be held, but this is not a guarantee as we feel first come first serve is the fairest way to go.
